Forged Compete provides fitness performance programming for those with the desire to compete at local, national or global fitness competitions. This is suitable for the beginner, to the elite level athlete.

At Forged Compete we’re more than just a program, you will be guided through every aspect of training by one of our expert coaches; from mindset advice to recovery protocols to individualised sessions to help you progress in your training. MONTHLY COMPETE PROGRAMS

Our Foundation program is aimed at those who are looking to put in a little extra work after CrossFit Classes and are looking to refine their weaknesses and improve movement capabilities. 

Included in the Foundation Program is:

- 4 Structured days of training each week + optional active recovery days.

- A choice of modality biases including; strength, engine, gymnastics and no bias programming.

- Testing week at the start and end of each training cycle to monitor progress. 

- No Contract, Cancel Anytime 

FOUNDATION PROGRAM-£29

 Our Competitor program is aimed at those who have already competed, and are striving towards competing at a high level whether that be local, national or worldwide fitness competitions. ⁣

Included in the Competitor Program is:

- 6 Structured days of training each week.

- A choice of modality biases including; strength, engine, gymnastics and no bias programming.

- Testing week at the start and end of each training cycle to monitor progress. 

- No Contract, Cancel Anytime 

COMPETITOR PROGRAM-£39

 Our Individual programming is aimed at those who have hectic schedules, limited equipment, injuries to work around or want to take their training progress even further! 

Included in individual programming is: 

- Fully tailored program to suit you, your goals and your schedule. 

- Weekly check ins with your coach to ensure the best progress

- All aspects that are included in the monthly programs.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM-£120

ACCESSORY PROGRAMS

6 WEEK HANDSTAND PROGRAM

 This programme will run through all the basic progressions necessary to build a solid foundation of strength, body awareness and movement proficiency to perform handstand holds, handstand push-ups and handstand walks. The volume of work, and difficulty of exercises will progress throughout our gymnastic strength & conditioning programmes.

Although you may already have the capability to perform some of the RX movements seen in CrossFit gymnastics, here at ForgedCompete we place a focus on correct movement patterns and building a strong anatomical foundation to ensure optimal safety and efficiency of movement which is built throughout each level

6 WEEK PULL UP PROGRAM

 This program will run through all the basic progressions necessary to build a solid foundation of strength, body awareness and movement proficiency to perform strict pull ups, kipping pull ups and butterfly pull ups. The volume of work, and difficulty of exercises will progress throughout our gymnastic strength & conditioning programs.

 

Although you may already have the capability to perform some of the Rx movements seen in CrossFit gymnastics, here at ForgedCompete we place a focus on correct movement patterns and building a strong anatomical foundation to ensure optimal safety and efficiency of movement which is built throughout each program.
