It is the responsibility of the member to cancel direct debits at the end of any agreed period and the final payment has been received. Cancellation of membership payable by direct debit must be in writing or email to providing one full calendar months’ notice. If your bank fails to make a payment from your account when due Forged Training will write or email you to advise and may charge £15 administration for each failed direct debit payment.
We operate a 7 day cooling off period for all memberships during which you change your mind we will reimburse your fee minus any sessions used charged at the day rate. Cancellations must be in writing or email to . A member who terminates their membership will have no claim to any refund of their charges. A member whose membership is terminated will forfeit all privileges. Membership is personal and not transferable or saleable to third parties.
Forged Training may from time to time close for maintenance or for other site related issues with no refunds or compensation given. Membership fees are listed on Forged Training's website and are reviewed periodically and may be varied without notice.
Direct debit subscribers will be given a minimum of ten days notice of any changes to the email address provided by the member. All members are liable to pay subscriptions irrespective of usage. Please note that all payments not settled within or terms will be referred to our debt recovery agent. (Additional charges may apply). Membership cannot be suspended for any period of time. In exceptional circumstances such as significant injury or major illness the management may agree to suspend the membership with documented medical evidence to a maximum of six months.
Forged Training reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions on not less the 28 days notice to members. Notice of any variation will be posted on the website and attention drawn to a notice in prominent position at the venues.
