ForgedCOMPETE provides fitness performance programming for those with the desire to compete at local, national or global fitness competitions. This is suitable for the beginner, to the elite level athlete.

At ForgedCompete we’re more than just a program, you will be guided through every aspect of training by one of our expert coaches; from mindset advice to recovery protocols to individualised sessions to help you progress in your training. We’re here to help build your engine, gymnastics skills, olympic weightlifting technique and workout proficiency to make you the best athlete you can be.
