The Forged Fundamentals Program is designed to guide you from absolute beginner in CrossFit, to being comfortable in classes, with guidance on all aspects such as weightlifting, gymnastics and other technical movements. 

 

Whether you have been attending a gym for sometime, are totally new to health and fitness or have done a Performance style class before, over the 12 sessions our team will give you all the tools you need to get the best start in your fitness journey and be well on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals!! ​

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

A FREE Discovery Session, this is an informal chat with one of the team to show you around the gym, what we are all about at Forged Training, find out your goals and how we can help you achieve them!

​​Full access to your group and coaching staff to ask any questions or queries you may have.

​Our Forged Fundamentals Handbook for setting goals, learning the lingo and some light evening reading.

No Contract or pressure to sign up at the end of the 4 weeks!

​​12 (3 per week) Small Group Personal Training Sessions in a group of people who are all just starting out!
