If you have taken part in a CrossFit Class or Program  before, or would feel comfortable jumping straight into a class. You can come along and try a FREE SESSION by filling out the form. 

One of the team will be in touch to confirm your booking and answer any questions you may have. 

If you have not done CrossFit before, or aren't too sure on the best options for you, you can book in for a FREE DISCOVERY SESSION. 

A Discovery session is a perfect way to come along for an informal chat with one of the team, have a look around the facilities and find out more about the best program for you and your goals.
