Forged Online provides online fitness programming for individuals who train in a variety of different exercise and sporting pursuits. This ranges from CrossFit, to powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, endurance sport and general health and wellness. Whether you’re looking to improve in specific areas of your chosen training discipline or if you need to brush up on movement techniques through accessory work, we have a programme that suits your needs.

WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Our Compete programs are designed to help you focus on your specific weaknesses; choose the modality bias that best suits your needs. Whether you’re wanting to put a little extra work in before or after class, or hone your skills to compete at the highest level; all of our programs are suitable for you. All of the sessions included in each program are adaptable by time scale, and ability level to suit your goals, schedule and proficiency level as an athlete.

 

WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All of our online programs are designed to help you focus on your specific training goals; choose the programme that best suits your needs. 

 

If you’re a competitive athlete in your chosen field and wish to work closely with a coach, our individual programming option would be the most suitable for you. Here you can work on a one to one basis with one of our experienced coaches and receive regular feedback throughout your training process. 

 

If you’re looking to find a regular workout routine to follow and use as your main source of training then our 8-12 week training programmes will suit you perfectly. 

 

Or if you’re just looking to put in a little extra work alongside your regular training routine, one of 4-8 week accessory programmes would be ideal to help dial in your movement capabilities and techniques and work on specific weaknesses. 

 

Whether you’re wanting to put a little extra work in before or after your workout class, or hone your skills to compete at the highest level; all of our programs are suitable for you. All of the sessions included in each program are adaptable by time scale, and ability level to suit your goals, schedule and proficiency level as an athlete.

 

FORGED ONLINE PROGRAMS

Our 12-week CrossFit programmes provide specific CrossFit style training protocols to help improve your overall performance in the sport. Hitting all aspects including olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. 

 

The beginner programme is for those that are are familiar with CrossFit training protocols, but may not be able to perform all of the movements seen throughout CrossFit's training methodology. If you're looking to put some extra work in after class and build yourself up towards in-house or local competitions, then this will be the perfect programme to prepare yourself and build your confidence!

 

Phase 1 will provide you with a solid base of strength, power, engine and skill work to improve your physical capabilities, improve your health and well-being and key in on those movements you may be struggling with, and need some extra work on.

12 WEEK CROSSFIT BEGINNER

Our 12-week CrossFit programmes provide specific CrossFit style training protocols to help improve your overall performance in the sport. Hitting all aspects including olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. 

 

The intermediate-advanced programme is for those that are familiar with CrossFit protocols and can perform the majority of movements seen throughout the CrossFit training methodology. Those looking to compete at a local, national or global level will find everything they need to prepare themselves for competition in this programme.

 

Phase 1 will provide you with a solid base of strength, power, engine and skill work to prepare you for any local, national or global competitions you may have in your sights for the coming months.

12 WEEK CROSSFIT INTERMEDIATE

 Our Individual programming is aimed at those who have hectic schedules, limited equipment, injuries to work around or want to take their training progress even further! 

Included in individual programming is: 

- Fully tailored program to suit you, your goals and your schedule. 

- Weekly check ins with your coach to ensure the best progress

- All aspects that are included in the monthly programs.

ACCESSORY PROGRAMS

6 WEEK HANDSTAND PROGRAM

 This programme will run through all the basic progressions necessary to build a solid foundation of strength, body awareness and movement proficiency to perform handstand holds, handstand push-ups and handstand walks. The volume of work, and difficulty of exercises will progress throughout our gymnastic strength & conditioning programmes.

Although you may already have the capability to perform some of the RX movements seen in CrossFit gymnastics, here at ForgedCompete we place a focus on correct movement patterns and building a strong anatomical foundation to ensure optimal safety and efficiency of movement which is built throughout each level

6 WEEK PULL UP PROGRAM

 This program will run through all the basic progressions necessary to build a solid foundation of strength, body awareness and movement proficiency to perform strict pull ups, kipping pull ups and butterfly pull ups. The volume of work, and difficulty of exercises will progress throughout our gymnastic strength & conditioning programs.

 

Although you may already have the capability to perform some of the Rx movements seen in CrossFit gymnastics, here at ForgedCompete we place a focus on correct movement patterns and building a strong anatomical foundation to ensure optimal safety and efficiency of movement which is built throughout each program.
