TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Forged Training Terms and Conditions 2023

Cancellation Policy:

It is the responsibility of the member to cancel direct debits at the end of any agreed period and once the final payment has been received. Cancellation of membership payable by direct debit must be done online using the member cancellation form at: https://www.forgedtraining.co.uk/cancelmymembership. This requires providing one full calendar month's notice. Upon submission of the online form, the notice period will commence. In cases where your bank fails to execute a payment from your account as scheduled, Forged Training will notify you via written correspondence or email. An administration fee of £15 may be charged for each unsuccessful direct debit payment.

Membership Termination:

Members do not have the right to terminate their own memberships. Forged Training reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who fails to adhere to the community rules of respect and support. In the event of termination, the member will not be entitled to any refund of charges. Termination of membership results in the forfeiture of all associated privileges. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold to third parties.

Membership Interruption:

Membership cannot be suspended for any duration except under exceptional circumstances, such as substantial injury or major illness. In such cases, the management may consider suspending the membership for a maximum of six months, contingent upon submission of documented medical evidence.

Payment and Pricing:

All membership fees are listed on the Forged Training website and undergo periodic review. Changes to fees may occur without prior notice. Members are accountable for subscription payments regardless of usage. Delinquent payments will be referred to our debt recovery agent if not settled within our terms. Additional charges may apply.

Notice of Changes:

Forged Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with no less than 28 days' notice to members. Any alterations will be communicated through postings on the website, along with conspicuous notices placed at the venues.
